The air is starting to get a little salty and the doors a little rusty, that can only mean one thing…it’s August!
I am back in Los Angeles after a month of incredible travels (and I will be sharing my itinerary/hotel recs, etc soon!) but for now I’m very excited to be getting back into my routine. Starting with book club.
Our August Book is House of Glass by Sarah Pekkanen!
I received an early copy of Pekkanen’s latest thriller and devoured it.
On the outside they were the golden family with the perfect life. On the inside they built the perfect lie.
A young nanny who plunged to her death, or was she pushed? A nine-year-old girl who collects sharp objects and refuses to speak. A lawyer whose job it is to uncover who in the family is a victim and who is a murderer. But how can you find out the truth when everyone here is lying?
House of Glass is available for purchase on Aug 6th, so be sure to pre-order your copy now!
A reminder that I have all our book club books, everything I’ve read this year, and all my favorites by genre in my Amazon storefront.

PS if you’re looking for any bookish specific gifts (for others or yourself), highly recommend The Bookish Goods.
Short and sweet today (like Sabrina Capenter’s album coming out later this month !!) but like I said, expect a newsletter soon recapping my Italy/Switzerland travels.
